KL Consultancy are a training company with a difference. We believe that motivation in our training programmes should be fun and this is certainly what we deliver, a fun learning experience.

We design training that is specific to the business and the individual’s needs. We develop training that is fun and this means learning through activities, games, discussions and teamwork. No role plays, we help people to learn in other ways.

We develop sessions from 2 hour bite size chunks right through to modular programmes. We are a diverse team of highly skilled, qualified Trainers, each having extensive business experience.
